CrossFit KMC Prep Course
Our prep courses are designed to introduce you to the basics of CrossFit. This includes: Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Sport. These are your introductory CrossFit classes.
The Prep Course gives us the chance to meet you, introduce you to our facility, and help you navigate proper movement techniques and modifications for movements in order to be successful. They are infinitely scalable (anyone can do it!), so no need to worry, we’ve got you covered! You do need to attend all class times.
October Prep Course Dates: The Prep Course is held at 6:30 pm. Must attend 3 of the 5 days.
